Qualifications & Requirements
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude

- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and stand for shift durations
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly
- Master all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Adhere to Hangry Joe's rules and dress code
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Smile, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
